Full refund, no questions asked, if you cancel before we begin installation work. Once installation has started, the following guarantee applies instead: if the delivered setup does not work as agreed in the written order confirmation, we will fix it free of charge — and if we cannot make it work within 14 days of your report, we refund the setup fee you paid in full.
The guarantee covers the installation itself (bot running, dashboard reachable, exchange connected, dry-run tested). It does not cover trading performance, exchange-side outages, or changes you make to the configuration after handover.
