TradeAgent247 provides (1) a public, informational dashboard showing the live performance of our own automated trading account, and (2) a paid software installation service ("Bot Setup") in which we install and configure the open-source Freqtrade trading software on a server you own or rent.
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We never take custody of your funds, private keys or withdrawal-enabled API keys. Trading with leverage involves substantial risk of loss; past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your account, your server and compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
The Bot Setup service is a one-time software installation and configuration engagement as described on the order page. It does not include a promise of trading profit. You choose and approve the strategy and risk settings before anything trades live.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, exchange outages, third-party software defects, or loss of profits.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
